Coach Mentoring for

Reflective Practice

This mentoring program is designed to empower coaches through a profound exploration of their coaching skills, techniques, and behaviors.

Coach Mentoring for Reflective Practice works with and for the coach to engage them in a deep dive into the skills, techniques, and behaviors that they are demonstrating in their coaching sessions.

Coaches will have the opportunity to engage with theory from both the Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology disciplines to consider the underlying significance of coaching presence and strategy, interventions from Positive Psychology to consider new ways of building perspective on well-being, and feedback on how they can improve their coaching practice.  Additionally, coaches will explore their personal coaching competence in areas that include, but are not limited to: coaching ethics, coaching mindset, session focusing and agreements, trust and rapport, presence, listening, clarifying and questioning, and facilitating client growth and awareness.  Coaches will have the opportunity to work directly with an experienced mentor to uncover new perspectives on their coaching strategy.
